A partnership between Spark NZ, GirlBoss and Zeducation, the Turama Pathways Cadetship helped 10 young women build the confidence and belonging to step into tech. The result: 6 job placements and 100% finishing sure there's a place for them in the sector.

We sit down with Mavaega Mupo — a 66 year old Samoan migrant, qualified electrician, and Voyage to Success graduate — to share the story of what persistence, community, and one extraordinary phone call can do.
