Over two years, MSD and Zeducation delivered Voyage to Success — a culturally grounded pathway that enrolled 155 Pasifika Aucklanders and moved 108 into secure, sustainable work, beating every target and delivering on budget. Here is how it was done.

Low literacy and numeracy were quietly costing Essano's production floor 15 to 20 packaging errors a week. Over 20 weeks, Zeducation delivered a workplace literacy and numeracy programme to 23 employees at their Māngere plant, funded through the TEC Employer-led Fund. Packaging errors fell by around 95%, LNAAT numeracy scores rose 96.1%, and team members who once called themselves "not very smart" now complete their own documentation. Here is how it happened.
