A South Auckland-born entrepreneurship programme for rangatahi has reached a major milestone, with two new micro-credentials based on The Cause Collective’s Young Entrepreneur's BOSS programme now formally published on the NZQA framework.

After completing Auckland Council’s Introduction to Team Leadership (delivered by Zeducation), Susana turned new tools into a real promotion—stepping up to Shift Manager at Huhtamaki. Clearer communication, firm boundaries, and calm decision-making under pressure helped her lead eight staff and lift performance on the floor.
