Pasitaua Haufano CEO of Zeducation wins BGS Community Champion Award

Zeducation is proud to congratulate CEO Pasitaua Haufano, who has been named Beta Gamma Sigma NZ’s 2025 Community Champion which is a major recognition of leadership that delivers real outcomes for people, workplaces, and communities across Aotearoa.

The award acknowledges Pasitaua’s commitment to culturally grounded, practical learning that meets learners where they are and helps them move forward with confidence. Through Zeducation, he has led programmes that grow leaders at every level, strengthen workplace capability, and support people into employment pathways and financial stability, including progress toward homeownership.

For employers, Zeducation’s approach is built around what matters most: consistent performance, stronger communication, higher confidence, and better team culture. Training is designed to be relevant, engaging, and immediately applicable — helping businesses improve productivity, retain great people, and lift leadership across frontline and emerging leaders.

For government and community partners, the impact goes beyond attendance. Zeducation delivers measurable outcomes, culturally safe delivery, and wraparound support that helps participants stay engaged, complete their learning, and turn growth into real change at home and at work.

“This recognition is bigger than me,” Pasitaua said. “It belongs to our team, our learners, and our Pacific and Māori communities. I’m grateful, humbled, and even more committed to helping people rise.”

The award is being celebrated as a shared win — for the Zeducation whānau, for every learner who has trusted the journey, and for the employers and funders who continue to invest in growth that creates lasting impact.

Well done, Pasitaua.
