PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Embark on a journey with Voyage to Success, designed to empower Pasifika to overcome employment barriers and achieve their career aspirations within healthcare, social services and tech.​

Our goal is to help you stand out professionally in a competitive job market by boosting your skills, proving mentoring, refine your CV and cover letter, leverage LinkedIn and the power of networking.

​

You will go through our 10-week programme followed by our 6-month pastoral care phase, where you'll receive personalised coaching, access to the Zeducation app, an online community, and exclusive podcast episodes. This ongoing support will help you get ahead in this competitive job market!​

HOW YOU'LL STUDY

The Voyage to Success programme is a comprehensive, part-time course delivered over 10 weeks, followed by a 6-month pastoral care.

 

Throughout the 10-week programme, you will be required to attend:

  • 1 x 2-hour workshop per week (online)
     

In addition to these attendance hours, you’ll be expected to complete learning activities (in your own time) designed to enhance your skills for approximately:

​

  • 4 hours per week

​​

Some learning activities will need to be completed online. You’ll need access to an internet-connected device to participate in this programme.​

The Voyage to Success 6-month pastoral care is designed to provide ongoing support and guidance.
 

During this phase, you will benefit from:
 

  • 1 x Monthly 1-hour coaching session: Receive personalized one-on-one coaching tailored to your career goals.
     

  • Access to the Zeducation app: Gain digital badges, resources, and tools to track your progress and achievements.
     

  • Online community: Engage with peers and mentors for continuous support, networking, and collaboration.
     

  • Exclusive podcast episodes: Access content designed to inspire, inform, and further develop your professional skills.
