Then we back you on the job with 6-months of pastoral care so you stick, settle, and succeed.

Stand out on paper and in person. We sharpen your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn, build strong referee and STAR stories, and align your strengths to real roles—so you get more callbacks and interviews.
Job Coaching
Target the right roles and convert interviews to offers. You’ll get personalised strategy, mock interviews, and a clear action plan—so your pitch is confident, your search is focused, and your results are faster.
Job Placement

ENTRY CRITERIA
To enrol in the Voyage to Success programme, a potential participant must:

Be a New Zealand Citizen (or citizen of Australia, Tokelau, Niue, Cook Islands) or permanent resident

Reside in New Zealand
