Learn valuable skills and techniques to help you develop greater confidence in yourself and your abilities, as well as assertiveness in your communication and interactions with others. Whether you struggle with speaking up for yourself, saying no to others, or simply feel anxious or unsure in social situations, this program is designed to provide you with the tools and strategies you need to overcome these challenges and cultivate a greater sense of self-assurance and empowerment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Participants will be able to distinguish between being assertive, aggressive, passive, and passive-aggressive in their communication and interactions with others, and understand the appropriate situations for each approach.

Participants will be able to communicate their messages clearly and effectively, using active listening skills, body language, and appropriate tone and language.

Participants will be able to manage conflict and difficult situations in a constructive and productive manner, using techniques such as problem-solving, compromise, and negotiation.

Participants will be able to say "no" confidently and without feeling guilty, using assertive communication techniques and strategies to set boundaries and prioritize their own needs.
