Overview
This Problem Solving programme helps leaders handle workplace conflict with confidence and calm.
Leaders will learn how to identify the real cause of issues, use active listening to reduce tension, and turn challenges into constructive outcomes that strengthen trust and teamwork.

Leaders will also build empathy, healthy boundaries, and emotional control so they can respond with intention and resolve problems without damaging relationships.
