Overview
This leadership programme helps participants identify their strengths and areas for growth, and understand how personality types and communication preferences influence communication among team members.
Participants will create a communication action plan and learn active listening skills to improve their communication with their team and family.
This programme also covers motivation factors and goal setting practices to support success at work and home, as well as guidance on having professional conversations with managers about career pathways.
