Overview
This leadership programme focuses on identifying characteristics of respected leaders from one's own culture and context and setting goals for personal leadership development.
Participants will learn about inclusive leadership and how to apply this in their own leadership practice, including empathy and humility.
This programme also covers reflecting on motivation factors at work, applying coaching tools to manage and lead others, and applying a framework for difficult conversations to a workplace setting.
