This conflict resolution programme is designed to help participants identify their personal perspectives on workplace conflict and the different types of conflict that can arise. Participants will also learn active listening skills, which are crucial for effective conflict resolution.
This programme will cover various conflict resolution techniques and how they can be used to improve leadership skills in the workplace.
By the end of the programme, participants will have a better understanding of how to respond to workplace conflict and promote a more positive work environment.
